Since 1992, Ertan Karabıyık has been active in programs and projects on children working in agriculture. In 2011, he became the manager of the Intervention Program for Children Aged 6-14 in Seasonal Labor Migration, supported by the Embassy of Netherlands in Turkey. He has worked as consultant to the National Child Labor Survey on Turkey. From 2013-14, he served as the coordinator of the project Development of Local Capacity in Seasonal Itinerary Agricultural Work.
