He was Born in 1965 in Tunceli and graduated from Ege University Department of Journalism and Public Relations. In 1996, he started to work as columnist for the Dünya newspaper about agriculture. For his articles on agriculture and economy journalism, he has received many awards. While he continues to write about agriculture, he also makes programs at Dünya Ekonomi TV and serves as chief editor for the magazine Dört Mevsim Tarım.
